I am not receiving verification code messages and I am not sure how to fix this. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning airplane mode on and off, cleared storage, and my data plan covers the messages I should be getting.

Your carrier is the company that provides your cellular service. You likely pay them each month for this service. The bill should have a web address and other contact information so that you can contact the carrier online or via phone.


Some major carriers are AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.
