Hello Astr0Wrld,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on the information you shared with us, it sounds like you restored your backup on to the wrong device. There's a few possible steps that might be able to help you. Keep in mind that some of these steps vary based on the iPhone model you're using.

1.) If your iPhone has a SIM card tray, you can remove the SIM cards and swap them out. This will transfer the phone number over to the correct device: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support

2.) If your device doesn't have a SIM card tray but uses eSIM, you might have to contact your carrier to see if it's possible to transfer that phone number to the correct iPhone.

3.) Erase each iPhone, and restore from your backup to the correct iPhone.

We hope this information is useful. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Cheers.
