Are you a part of the Beta Programme and had opted for it earlier?
To stop receiving public betas, go to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates and tap "Off" from the list of options. For devices running iOS 16.3 or earlier: Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and tap the iOS & iPadOS Beta Software Profile that appears. Tap Remove Profile.
Please I keep getting a notification that A new update is available so I should update from 16 beta and I can’t see 16 beta profile on vpn and Device management
