Ultra watch not paired in iPhone 14pro max

after starting iphone 14promax i paired my apple watch ultra and it was successfully paired. But after certain time when I switched off Bluetooth in my phone, and then I switched ON and tried to connect my ultra watch, it wasn’t connected. I tried several times. But no positive result. I tried to reset ultra watch but in first attempt it is paring and after that it’s not paired. I didn’t get any support from apple technical team
