How can I reduce the amount of storage YouTube is using on my phone?

Unfortunately, there is no "Clean Cache" button in the YouTube app.

If the YouTube app has accumulated a lot of data over time, then the only thing you can do is delete the app, restart your iPhone and install it again. This will clear the accumulated data.
