my touch screen is slow and seem like i have to press it more times before it opens. is this something i can fix i have tried all the things apple mentioned. its just still the same any other ideas ?

If you're sure that nothing (cover, screen protector, dirt) interferes with your touch screen, try a forced restart of your unidentified iPhone model, using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone

if the issue persists, it might be a hardware (screen? battery? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
