"The file can't be found" popup on startup

When I startup/reboot my computer, I get this random popup alert that says "The file can't be found". No idea why or when it started happening in relation to any new software or software updates that were installed.

Clicking the "?" button just opens a blank system help window.

How the heck do I track down the source of this and get rid of this popup??? Halp!
