Formatted my macbook pro and it is not working

I erased macintosh HD and tried to open my mac again so it showed a message form the windows I downloaded before so logged turned it off and on again with command + R and connected to network and it says starting internet recovery but then it showed a glove with an error on it and -2003F what should i do?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.5
