- "When you use iCloud Photos and delete a photo or video on one device, it's also deleted on all other devices where you're signed in with the same Apple ID."
- "If you accidentally delete a photo or video, you have 30 days to get it back from your Recently Deleted album.
- "If you want to permanently delete your photos or videos, you can remove them from the Recently Deleted album. When you delete a photo from this album, you can't get it back."
If you mean you deleted them from your Recently Deleted album and you do not have a backup, they are gone for good.
