Error in enrollment process: apple business manager

I have to implement MDM system in our organization and supervise all of the devices.

When trying to enroll in apple business manager I get the following error:

This D-U-N-S Number and Organization Name combination was not found.

I have been in contact with Dun & Bradstreet and they have confirmed for me that our DUNS number is active and the operating status is also active.

I do not know why I am getting this error, does anyone have any information regarding this?
