iPhone locked

I contacted apple about my phone

i forgot my Apple ID and password

and I wanted to factory reset my phone

I gave them the receipt of iPhone

they told me that I need to get an email

I got the approvment

”Your request for Find My Device Unlock has been approved.”

and my phones is still locked

what can I do?
