Hi are you all facing issues with Apple based apps. My health and Apple Watch app all the data is lost and not synced after the update. Also both these app freezes except if used the notifications icon. Need a fix for it. How can it be fixed?

When I restart the phone, this issue was resolved.
Same here and I really need it fixed ASAP!!!! I’m tracking steps for a St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and all the health info is gone and my phone is not linking up to my brand new Apple Watch 8. Shows steps =0.
WHAT IS THE FIX?????
Also other Apple Apps are constantly refreshing while I am actively trying to use them????
My wife has the same issue on her iPhone 14 pro and Apple Watch SE. The loss of data has happened after the update. it's very annoying and doesn't appear when the backup is restored?? my good lady is not amused.
Interestingly, my old iPhone hasn't had this issue, but I have the same software version.
Tried that. No difference :(
I also thought the update wAs supposed to get rid of the viewer shake/ in & out of focus - it didn’t .
