I'm not interested in using icloud and it asks me all the time to sign into it and asked for my sign in information; how can I remove that box as it comes up after I sign in?

Can someone help me get rid of a request to sign into my apple icloud as I turn on my computer? please, I am not crazy about icloud, so can someone answer my question
