Can the I go to the apple store to turn off my schools restrictions on my iPad?

Apple is unable to assist with removing restrictions set by a school or business. Your IT department is the only ones capable of removing them. Most IT departments don't remove the restrictions they reset.

School iPad restrictions Hi, I have a school iPad with restrictions on them when I’m at school. No, you should be seeing the school IT person to turn that off.
