i accidentally deleted my phone number and cannot get back.

I search everywhere and it only bring up “contacts that have been deleted” but from the iCloud account “Name Phone Numbers” etc. where the phone number usually pops up, it does not show up, only my iCloud. I’ve been trying to get it back but I can’t. I have a new phone I am trying to set up but can’t because it needs a verification from my phone number but it doesn’t get any text messages or calls, the texts don’t send and the calls fail. Please let me know what I can do, thank you.
