Is this YOUR iPhone? Who is the seller?

If purchased secondhand (a used iPhone)...

Seems you were Mislead by the Seller.

So, return this to the seller, requesting a refund. If purchased through a Web site (i.e. eBay), view the Terms & Conditions and see what can be done on the seller's part, if they did not abide by the rules.
