100W Baseus charger safe?

Hey all:

I saw on my Macbook Air M1 brick that it's 30W. I was using a Belkin wall charger to charge it and my iPad and iPhone and was noticing the iPad could barely stay at charge and would drain fast when my iPhone was also plugged in. I grabbed the 100W Baseus charger and everything seems to be great now but want to make sure that much power is safe with my MBA. I also grabbed the UGREEN 200W charger just in case but I think tht will be overkill for what I have and will most likely return it.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
