HDR control needed on IPhone 14 pro

For years I had control over whether or not to apply HDR when taking pictures or not. But when I recently upgraded to an iPhone 14 pro, suddenly for no apparent reason, this control was removed.

I don’t want apple to make a decision whether or not to apply HDR. There are a lot of situations that simply look weird or bad when using HDR. The sunset being a notoriously bad one. with HDR colours get washed out and it simply looks fake.

I think the user is better suited to make that decision, as opposed to an algorithm. I didn’t buy an iPhone 14 pro just to find out I have actually less control over the photos I make. Please give us back the option to switch off HDR.
