Iphone x getting slow

Hi there!

I recently updated iOS 16.3.1 on my iPhone X 256GB, and now my phone is completely slow, hanging, and the right side screens do not work. I can't operate the iPhone normally. Please advise me on the solution.

You might need to take it in to Apple or Authorized Dealer.

How is the storage?

Settings > General > iPhone Storage

Perhaps the phone is short on disk space
