Most likely, yes.

Your battery has reached the critical point (80%) of its life and can have unpredictable behavior.

Before it dies completely, I recommend that you create a full backup of your iPhone, then make an appointment (*) and have your battery replaced at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector.
