Update to MacOS Ventura not available

Hi, I hope you can help.

I have 2 MacBook Pro (M1 2021 14 inch).

I've just updated one from MacOS Monterey 12.6.1 to MacOS Ventura 13.2.1 without any problem at all, very straight forward.

Tried exactly the same on the second Mac, and I'm getting a message saying your Mac is up to date and it's not showing an upgrade path to Ventura as the other Mac did.

I've also tried to get the Ventura update direct from the App Store and I get a message in system preferences saying "Unable to check for updates, make sure you are connected to the internet"

I'm connected, 100%, could this be that the update is not available at the moment??

Thanks for your help

You can from the Terminal.app copy and paste:

sudo softwareupdate -i -a -R

-i Install

-a All appropriate updates

-R Automatically restart (or shut down) if required to complete installation)

(note: your psswd will not echo onscreen type it in anyway, to proceed use the enter\return key)
