It looks as though you're trying to use a Single Sign on and Teams is getting told you aren't allowed to do that from where you are. Are you using Single Signon through your employer? Do they require that you use a VPN? If so, I'd contact your work IT people.
If you're not, I'd delete the Teams app, re-install it and try again. If it still doesn't work, you're going to need to contact Microsoft.
Sadly, I'm required to use Teams for work. So, I know it works fine on a Mac. Figuring out what your specific problem is may be tricky.
