I am trying to install Fuse3 as an Apple app. Once it downloaded and installed a trust warning said that it would not allow this. I need it for my work… how can I get it to allow me to override this?

As you are using your company’s application which is not available on App Store, you need to give permissions and do trust that application for run and use on your iPhone.

Settings you need to change for using your application:-

1:-settings>

2:-General>

3:-VPN & Device Management>

4:-Click on your application >

5:-Trust.

This will help you to use your application on your IPhone, Hope this might work.
