How can I listen to my music from Ipad pro Apple music with Hi-Res lossless quality through my stereo system without losing the Hi-Res Lossless quality sound quality?

I have an Apple Music Individual subscription with full rights to getting Apple Music HI-Def lossless when connected through a working external DAC/Amp as I have noted above and having verified that the DAC/Amp works flawlessly with another streaming music service in the same devices used for Apple Music. Let me emphasize, I have the latest operating systems installed in all three devices : iOS (16.5.1), iPad OS (16.5.1) and Mac OS (Ventura 13.4.1). I signed-on to the paying Apple Music subscription strictly to take advantage of Apple Music High-Def lossless when available and after following Apple's own recommendations, I'm not getting the promised Apple Music quality delivery. I feel cheated. Any suggestions out there as to what I may do to resolve the HI-Def Music problem? Thanks to this community for reading through and for any feedback anyone may provide.

Are musics streamed on Android Apple Music but on Windows 11 PC lossless? I installed Android version of the apple music on my Windows 11 PC using the Windows Subsystem for Android. The UI and user experience is okay and it does said it can stream lossless audio. Will that be a solution for PC to enjoy Apple Music lossless until itunes got lossless music library?

From what I understand about this (I'm a little shaky), only newer Apple devices (with the capacity for Lossless) can wirelessly play this music.

Outside of that, I believe you need to "hardwire" the sound output to your device to have the ability to play Lossless audio.
