Not able to delete my Apple ID

I have an Apple ID I want to delete but I do not have the ability to login anymore. This stems from the issue of not being able to login because the account was made before Two-factor authentication. I no longer have the answers to my security questions because they were made when I was a child. So I can not reset them. Apple please update this issue or delete my Apple ID.
