Was it changed at an Apple Store or other qualified technician using a genuine iPhone battery?...

Apple doesn't have any showrooms / stores in Dublin – so when you enter the repair provider here:

...Tap it to open Settings app. Then scroll down to Battery and tap it. Then tap Battery Health and tell us what the Maximum Capacity % is. If its value is only "––", let us know that.

I phone 7 . I was using Tesco sim since last 10 months, it was fine . Recently started this issue which is not supporting sim into phone. Shows no service.

One of the showrooms in Dublin . They told me it’s genuine.
Sorry I don’t know the showroom’s name . It was in Jervis shopping centre.
