iPhone 11 incoming and outgoing call volume very low and not able to turn up

1. Make sure the Ring/Silent switch is not enabled.
2. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb to confirm that is disabled.
3. Remove any screen protectors, films, or cases from your iPhone and test.
4. Check for any dirt or debris on the speaker opening: Cleaning your iPhone - Apple Support
5. Go to Settings > Sounds (or Settings > Sounds & Haptics), and drag the Ringer and Alerts slider back and forth a few times.
6. Test your call volume with headphones and while using the speakerphone.
