unusual traffic from Network must reCaptcha, notice but I am not on a network

When I try to go to a search on safari, I get this page: I must use a reCaptcha,

Reason: "our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network.

This page checks to see if it's really you sending requests, and not a robot.

I have one Mac and do not share with a network or have a network.

I use the same router as another person in the house, but do not want to be on a network with his computers. My system settings have no network.

Why do I get this message so often?

I don't know what private relay is.

But I found this on my computer: "authtramoline".

Under automation.

I used a code in the Console, to remove it.

Its malware. It is gone now.

My computer was very good after that but now it is acting very wanky again.

I think the person I share a router with may be the problem.

He did put my computer on his network without my permission and I found out, and have a suspicions, I may be still on it. But I don't know unless he placed some software on mine.

I may just buy a new computer.

I also had to get rid of a server that showed up with all access.

When I got rid of it, it would pop up again.

Also 2 thunderbolt virtual interfaces I removed.

I also found some odd file names, on my files, that were changed to the odd file names.

And an odd folder, that was not mine.
