Change credit card for iCloud path?

Trying to set up a new credit card to pay for my iCloud but I can’t find where to do that. It’s not showing in my subscriptions

Settings, [your name], Payment & Shipping,

Add the new payment method, make sure it is the default card then delete the old card.
