Can I remove only icloud from a family member on my apple subscription?

Hello, I recently activated the Apple One+ subscription and enabled access to my family, but I want to leave out of the iCloud storage 1 of the members of my family (an adult).

Can I do that?

As I only have the option or removing him from the family at all? or removing sharing the Apple One+ from my whole family?
