Voicemail
people are leaving me voice mail but it is not showing up and I see no notifications.

I would contact your carrier and ask them about this issue. If users are leaving voicemail it should appear on your phone.

I just left att and there is something in my phone. I have a pre recorded message that is outgoing that is not mine. The voice mails never come to my phone even though the phone rings.
