i accidentally click on "eject ipod" now its stuck on "ok to disconnect" screen

i use ipod nano 3rd gen and i tried to restore it and i eject it now my macbook does not see the ipod and it cannot connect to itunes. it didnt show ipod on usb either...please help

Hi! First, try disconnecting the iPod and quitting iTunes. Then, plug it back in. If that doesn’t work, try it again but before plugging it back in, restart the iPod: put the Hold switch in the unlocked position, then press and hold the Menu and Center buttons until you see the Apple logo. Then plug it back in.
