Remote Desktop
Can one use remote desktop without using Registered DNS names and at different physical geographical areas.? If so How and what tools?

Apple's Remote Desktop software works from within a local Network. It does not directly work over the internet.
You can connect to other Macs on the same network as the source Mac.
You could probably configure the router in each location to forward a remote desktop request to a specific computer on the network it serves. You would also need to configure the Admin Mac to redirect requests to a specific public IP address or DNS name connected to the public IP address for each location.
Don't think there's any tools to make this easy. It's a really involved configuration of several devices to get it working.
If you need to remote into Macs outside of your network, your best bet is something like TeamViewer, Dameware Remote Everywhere or LogMeIn.
