How to check if someone has remotely accessed my iPhone?

Joe do I see how my husband is able to access my phone and how do I remove it I think he may have an MDM code on it he jailbroke it or he installed Curia on my iPhone how do I make it so he can’t remotely control it or access it anymore?

A Restore from the iCloud account would bring back everything currently on the phone. The system would be refreshed but that is not likely to solve your problem. I don't use iCloud for photos but TMK you should be able to manually download your photos. Your documents are another matter as they could contain unwanted material. Another option is to import your photos to a computer.
