Weird UI bugs when waking up

My 2020 M1 MacBook Air started experiencing issues recently. (I'm on Ventura)

Whenever I wake it up from its sleep state, I don't have any menu bar anymore, hover interactions stop working ( Buttons stop animating, icons in the dock don't grow, etc.), I also loose my right-click.

Is someone familiar with this problem?

Thanks

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.2

Boot into Internet Recovery (Option Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities>  Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD (and the "Macintosh HD-Data" volume as well if Catalina/Big Sur/Monterey/Ventura) If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.

Disk Utility>View>Show All Devices The best sequence is —

Volume level

Container level

Parent drive
