Ethernet and wifi xxslow in comp with Windows pcs.

Hi, connection problems over my macs and iphones at home. I happened to have a windows hp laptop which had about 500mbps while my apple devices were around 70Mbps.... xx dissapointing and NO clue what to do. My informatician is not so mac oriented so he just raised his shoulders at my dismay... please HElp.

ANd this is after they just turned my home from adsl to opticfiber.

A complete disaster.
