Apple Card co-owner all transactions declined.
I added my wife as co-owner to my Apple Card in May of 2022. Ever since, everytime she tries to use her Apple Card the transaction is decline for being over the spending limit. No limit was ever set and this was a clear technical bug. This was reported to the Goldman Sachs team, confirmed, and a case number was created. Ive since made 8 follow up calls and received 15 Apple Card email notifications that “our technical team is hard at work trying to resolve your issue” and still nothing. My wife has never been able to use her Apple Card a single time in 9+ months now. And the only option they ever suggested was closing the entire Apple Card account (which means taking a credit score hit) and stating from scratch again. What an awful experience. I wish someone at Apple would take notice of this (as it’s been reported by other users too) and get it resolved for all of us.
