How do I know if I’m connected to 5G wifi?

If the router has the same name (SSID) for both you can’t tell directly on the phone, but you can if you log in to the router’s control center. If your router connects to a fast internet connection you can tell indirectly by running a speed test.

Finding the Network Band:

Who's rework is this? If not yours, ask the Network Administrator. If it is yours, then login to your router with the Default Gateway, seeing what is shown for the network you are connected to.
