IPhone Hanging Up

Whenever I receive a call, my phone will ring a 1/2 ring and the go to voicemail! This is something that it just started doing in the last couple of weeks. I haven't changed anything that I know of, so I'm assuming that it must have started because of something in an update!

I would appreciate any help on this!

I did turn off transcription after a long search. What are users' thoughts as to whether it is beneficial or not. Does it impact the battery usage? Thanks
