Phone Stuck in SOS Mode; No Network Available

I’m leaving for Iceland on Saturday and my phone all of a sudden is stuck in SOS mode, no cellular connection. In fact, the device says, ‘No Network Available’. All of my ticket information is on the phone. So I kinda need this fixed immediately. I did call Verizon today to have them add an international service. Since then, I’ve had no cellular. Is is possible the JOs at Verizon added the international service and kill my regular service?


Need an immediate fix, don’t care what it costs.

I actually had to call Verizon and they refreshed my signal. Although the SOS Mode is now fixed, I still only ever get 2 bars. I never had this issue with AT&T. All of my company's phones are Iphones, and mine is the only one that has this issue. I ever purchased the same Iphone 14 Pro Max for another executive and his service is fantastic.
