HI, I have charged $20 into my Apple ID account which is ***@163.com; I'm going to play the game MINI FOOTBALL and spend money to buy some equipment. But after I double clicked the lock bottom and scan my face, it prompts that it's fail to purchase and ask me to connect to apple iTunes support. So what can I do now? TKS.
