I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max model and it has the same problem, it stops charging, randomly, at different percentages. It has had this problem since the moment I took it out of the box, in January 2023. I tried absolutely all methods: another charger, another cable, another outlet in another location, disabled battery optimization, restart, return to factory settings, absolutely all. I sent it to the service where it stayed for 9 days, they told me that they did all the tests and that they didn't find any anomalies. After 2 days, the defect appeared again. Since then, for a total of 31 days, once every 3-4 days an Apple representative calls me to diagnose online, asks me what the temperature is in the room where I charge the phone, if I charged it in the car and the error appears, if I charged it wirelessly and the error appears, etc... Until now, I have sent them 5-6 screen videos for more than 10 min each, showing that the phone is charging blocked at different percentages. Moreover, being plugged in, it starts to discharge, without being used in any way !!!Today, after I made an effort to coordinate with the Apple representative, he made another diagnosis, exactly at the moment when the charging was blocked. Probably diagnosis no. 10 !!! Friday 2.09.2023, after 34 days of trying to solve this problem, I am waiting for the Apple representative to call me again, "to tell me what conclusion the engineers have drawn" !!!
