iPhone 14 Pro Max charging problem

Hello,

since I bought new iPhone I have problem with charging. The phone starts charging but after some time it stops and despite the green icon (charging status) it begins discharging (screen in attachement).

I’ve checked cable, charger adapter - everything is original and works fine with other iPhones. I have the latest iOS version, tried restarting etc. In my opinion there is No problem with temperature..


Could you give me some advice where the problem is?

I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max model and it has the same problem, it stops charging, randomly, at different percentages. It has had this problem since the moment I took it out of the box, in January 2023. I tried absolutely all methods: another charger, another cable, another outlet in another location, disabled battery optimization, restart, return to factory settings, absolutely all. I sent it to the service where it stayed for 9 days, they told me that they did all the tests and that they didn't find any anomalies. After 2 days, the defect appeared again. Since then, for a total of 31 days, once every 3-4 days an Apple representative calls me to diagnose online, asks me what the temperature is in the room where I charge the phone, if I charged it in the car and the error appears, if I charged it wirelessly and the error appears, etc... Until now, I have sent them 5-6 screen videos for more than 10 min each, showing that the phone is charging blocked at different percentages. Moreover, being plugged in, it starts to discharge, without being used in any way !!!Today, after I made an effort to coordinate with the Apple representative, he made another diagnosis, exactly at the moment when the charging was blocked. Probably diagnosis no. 10 !!! Friday 2.09.2023, after 34 days of trying to solve this problem, I am waiting for the Apple representative to call me again, "to tell me what conclusion the engineers have drawn" !!!

I am facing the same problem but i am using a charging cable. I bought 2 iphone 14 pro. 1st phone charges and disconnects out of nowhere and since i havent had it for 14 days, i decided to return it and just purchase a new one and transfer everything from there. My 2nd purchase, it is currently facing the same problem but not as bad as the first. I think its an iphone 14 problem… Im thinking of just buying iphone 13 instead of running with this same issue😕

I am experiencing very similar situations. Basically my phone is not charging appropriately iPhone 14 PromaX

despite how many chargers I purchased, new boxes etc! The only way the charge it charges is if I navigate the cord to set exactly, correctly in whatever position that may be otherwise it’s worthless.


I am going to contact Apple today for their assistance and hopefully I get a positive outcome because as we all knows these phones are far from CHEAP‼️

Yet I LOVE iPHone I remember years on out when I had to switch from my black berry cell phone to an iPhone I was absolutely devastated however, fast forward I would not change my Iphone for any other device in the market. I just need the phone to charge efficiently.


If any of you, I have figured out a way to resolve this please chime on In & BIG THANKS in advance!!!
