Hello! I suggest not using your phone while charging. The first time you charge your phone after buying, I suggest not using it at all until after you've completed the first few steps that get the phone started for you. After that, please let it charge to 100%. If your phone gets really hot, here are some tips to make it less hot when charging and using:

  1. Use the charger that came with your phone, and avoid using third-party chargers or cables that may not be compatible with your phone.
  2. Remove any phone case or cover while charging to allow heat to dissipate.
  3. Close any unused apps and turn off any unnecessary features, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or location services, while charging to reduce the load on your phone's processor.

Remember, it's normal for all phones to get warm when charging or in use. If your phone gets so hot that it's uncomfortable to touch, I suggest asking the store where you bought it about it.
