i9 Macbook Pro kernel panic, reboot, during sleep since Ventura

My 2019 i9 Macbook Pro has been rock solid. Since I installed Ventura, the machine locks up in Sleep, either clamshell open or closed. If open, it reboots (I have login screen). If clamshell is closed, long press on power button is required to start. This happens with a high degree of frequency. Ran Apple diagnostics (on boot), no issues to report. Ok ... ironically I do not have any "kernel ... .panic files" (attached is a copy of the /Library/Logs/DiagnosticFiles folder). Let me know if you want any of the files seen below. Etrecheck is attached.

Interesting. I run NordVPN once and a while, and the reboots or restarts are frequent. I doubt that's the culprit. I checked folders Retired and ProxiedDevice-Bridge, and subfolders. Only ProxiedDevice-Bridge had entries. I picked a "panic-full" one from this morning and tacked it on here. This only started happening since the Ventura updates ... so strange.

Please post the complete Kernel Panic log by using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. This will allow you to paste the complete panic log. Post several of them if available. These logs have file names beginning with "kernel" and ending in ".panic" and located in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports".

To help us better assess the situation, run the third party app EtreCheck so we can see the laptop's configuration as well as performance metrics and summaries of other logs which may provide clues. Post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

You can also try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.

Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

I don't see anything in the report which stands out except for the NordVPN software. VPN software doesn't really protect you unless you are connecting directly to a known VPN gateway such as for an employer to access a work network remotely.

Check in both the "Retired" and "ProxiedDevice-Bridge" folders. I'm guessing you may find something in the latter as I have seen a lot of older EtreCheck reports showing "ProxiedDevice-Bridge" errors (seems to have started with macOS Monterey...or maybe something related to T2 security as I know these show up a lot on 2019 models), although I'm not sure what that pertains to (never had the time to research and don't recall any other more knowledgeable contributors explaining it).

I have seen multiple posts where users had to have their 2019 laptop repaired for issues like this. I think you will most likely need to have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate. With issues like this though, some techs may just have you "Restore" the firmware instead of repairing it so it may be a good idea to do this (or at least a clean install just so they can go to the next step of repair).
