Contacts receiving spam email/texts from my contact list with my name

If instead this is happening with a third-party email account (Google, Yahoo, etc.) we recommend reaching out to their support to look into options, and we encourage you to change that password too.

Without providing personal information, let us know more to help narrow this down:

• Do the emails appear in your Sent folder?
• Do the contacts receiving the emails show the email is received from your email? Depending on their device, they can tap the From field to see the actual email address that sent the email.
• Since menu options can vary, which device are you using with the contacts and which software version is installed?
