Updating Hours on Maps

I've been sending in request to change the hours for my establishment for the past 3 weeks with zero change or responses. Whereas it took 3 minutes for google to change the hours on their website and maps. Is there a reason its taking so long? How many more request do the owner and I need to fill out?

Business says permanently closed on Apple Maps I have finally been able to get my business listed on Apple Maps but now says the business is permanently closed and they put a website on my business page that isn't even mine. I've gone into Apple Connect to edit that we are open, I gave the hours of operation and tried changing the website but it will not change. Under Details it has Hours: Permanently Closed, then it has Service Hours which are set to what I put down. This is ridiculous
