iPhone 13 Keyboard and many other issues

I have recently purchased an iPhone 13 but my experience is truly bad…

since it’s keyboard is too laggy and if I keep my haptic toggle button off then it makes unnecessary noise at random intervals but if I keep my haptics on then it doesn’t make such noise.

I had even raised this issue many times but no resolution was provide from your tech team…

so before selling phones at such a whopping price u must know how to tackle problems related to it…

and secondly my screen stuck a lot I mean it will suddenly stop working at some random time….

its been less than 6 months since I had purchased

if at all u have any solution kindly help ….

looking forward for a sooner resolution …
