Several people have reported this. It is on the phone- I see it in App Library and in App Store it says OPEN. Still, the icon does not show up on Home Screen. How do I get it there? Very frustrating that I can’t access it.

What happens when you tap "Open" while you're in the App Store?
You will need to "drag" it from the App Library to your desired Home Page.
To do this:
Tap and HOLD the app until all the apps start to "shake".
While still holding that app, drag it to the left edge of the screen and wait for the page to slide to your home page.
Release the app and then tap anywhere off of the app OR simply lock the screen. This will end the process of rearranging your apps.
