how can i restore permantly deleted photos

I deleted photos off of my ipad and they deleted off my phone as well can i get those back?

iPhone 14, iOS 16

You can find your deleted photos in the Recently Deleted folder in the Photo app. Images that have been in that folder for more than 30 days are automatically deleted. If you have emptied the folder yourself, the images unfortunately cannot be restored.
