HRV false peaks in measurements HRV false peaks in the measurements, the apple watch performs HRV measurements, but although 97% of the measurements are in accordance with reality, there are some peaks that do not follow the trend of, so in one night I can have values of min60 and max 190ms. These false peaks should be easy to eliminate with an algorithm or am I wrong, so why don't they do it. when it comes to tracking this makes it very difficult to have an average of your hrv while sleeping or during the day.

This is a user-to-user forum. No one here (with VERY limited exceptions) works for Apple. All we know is that Apple Watch only checks for signs of atrial fibrillation periodically. For more info, see the'Things you should know' section in:
